Our client, a well-established Commercial Vehicle Dealership in Mansfield, is looking to recruit an Aftersales Administrator to join their busy and professional Service Department.

Roles and Responsibilities as an Aftersales Administrator:
12. Processing job cards accurately and efficiently
13. Chasing order numbers and raising invoices
14. Assisting with the submission and administration of warranty claims
15. Reviewing job cards and gathering supporting evidence for manufacturer systems
16. Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer and dealership procedures
17. Supporting the Service Department with general administrative duties
18. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
19. Working closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure smooth departmental operations
What Our Client Expects from Their Aftersales Administrator:
20. Previous experience within an administrative role
21. Motor trade, dealership, or service department experience would be advantageous
22. Mechanical knowledge would be beneficial
23. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
24. Confident communication skills
25. Experience using Keyloop, Kerridge, or 1Link systems would be advantageous
26. Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team
27. Strong IT and administrative skills
