The Global HR Technology function is part of the HR organisation, responsible for delivering solutions that improve or enhance the way Human Resources is delivered at Smith+Nephew, and handles HR technology programs, vendors, and operations.
This role is fixed term for 12 months, focusing on our project roadmap supporting the Talent Acquisition function over that period.
The roadmap includes innovation and optimisation over the next 12-18 months. Having recently implemented Hiredscore, there's an opportunity to gain experience with the platform as it further integrates with the Workday ecosystem, advising partners in TA and working to maximise its potential.
Essential Job Functions:
* Act as Workday Recruitment and Talent SME with full autonomy for global alignment, solution design, delivery, and maintenance.
* Act as a champion for customers, listening to and connecting effectively with customers and team members.
Experience:
* A background in Workday HCM design, configuration, and reporting, with key experience in Workday Recruiting.
* Recognised as a technical expert, driving strategy and roadmap.
* Experience managing and prioritising complex business requirements within projects.
