About this role
Flipdish is turning the tables in favor of independent restaurant owners by providing powerful and straightforward tech solutions and real human support. In this role, you’ll manage a pipeline of qualified leads, build and nurture relationships, understand pain points, own the full sales cycle, conduct product demos, communicate value, liaise with product and marketing teams, maintain accurate records, and close deals.
Responsibilities
* Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
* Identify and understand users’ pain points to propose Flipdish solutions and own the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to closing, including business case development and commercial negotiations.
* Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sales presentations to effectively showcase Flipdish’s solutions.
* Communicate the unique value proposition of our products, address any concerns or objections, and handle competitive questions with a deep understanding of the industry.
* Liaise with Product and Marketing teams to stay updated on new features and product launches.
* Maintain accurate records and manage pipeline data in our CRM system.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with prospects.
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and a goal‑oriented mindset, with a track record of hitting sales targets.
* An enthusiastic interest in sales, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
* Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion, with the ability to handle contract terms and close deals effectively.
* Experience in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
