Responsibilities
* Be at the forefront of helping people in need, guiding them through critical decisions with care and professionalism.
* Triages a variety of calls, provide accurate assessments, and offer non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System.
Training and Development
We offer extensive, fully paid training to equip you with the skills to become a Health Advisor and learn the systems. The training is an essential part of this role and you would be required to attend training every day for the duration of the course.
