Job Description: Title: Manufacturing Systems Co-Ordinator (Admin) Reports to: PC Manager Location: Ballymoney Hours: 39 hours per week We are delighted to be offering this exciting development opportunity at our Ballymoney site. Main Duties & Responsibilities You will be focused on managing and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting engineering, production and supply chain teams in the delivery of high quality products. You will ensure the accuracy and consistency of data within the Terex Management System. You will support engineering change processes by updating BOMs in line with ECOs. You will be responsible for the administration of ECO processes and rolling out to wider team, along with the co-ordination of internal and external customer orders. Experience Level & Required Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with solid grasp of English language (both oral and written). Proven experience in administration, with excellent attention to detail Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain excellent organisational skills Results driven with a strong desire to succeed. Naturally inquisitive with strong commercial acumen. Confidence with IT systems is a key requirement for this role. Competency in Microsoft Office tools and data management systems.
