As a Warranty Administrator, youll be joining a growing and succesful team, taking responsibility for receiving and managing a variety of warranty claims, through to a successful conclusion.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Process all warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of accuracy for all documentation
2. Take ownership of each claim through to completion, following up on payment and reconciling receivables
3. Resubmit rejected claims promptly
4. Tracks warranty parts and arrange for shipments to the factory, distributor, or to be scrapped
Skills & Experience
5. Strong administration/customer service background
6. Experience within a manufacturing background
7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work
8. Confident communicator
9. Aftersales experience
10. Automotive experience is desired but not essential
