The Sales Coordinator actively assists the Sr. National Account Manager to maximise sales activity in the company’s key customers.Key Accountabilities:
1. Provide a robust administration function for the E-Commerce team, ensuring accurate timely completion of account admin tasks in the time limit specified by the customer/business.
2. Undertake general departmental administrative tasks for the UKI Sales Director
3. Work alongside the Business Analyst to understand the sales data analysis/forecasting.
4. Understand the UK inventory position and chase orders, raise orders where possible.
5. Lead the digital presence on customer websites, ensuring that all Spin Master skus are visible with best-in-class title optimization, assets and content in addition to monitoring competitor performance
6. Work with internal Sales/Brand Managers and our external agency partner to support with planning and implementing digital advertising plans for our brands
7. Digital budgeting – track our digital spend against our agreed budgets plus manage and process monthly invoicing via Salesforce
8. To ensure the timely preparation for customer meetings and previews
How will you create impact?
9. Own and drive Spin Masters digital presence in all areas as per above key responsibilities
10. Co-ordinate and manage the digital activities and regular promotional and merchandising activities agreed by the SNAM/NAM.
11. Attend Sales Marketing meetings
12. Analysing sales out data to assist with planned intakes and propose/raise orders via customer portal
13. Assisting the E-Commerce team with the FOB ordering process
14. Assisting the UKI Sales Director with administrative tasks
15. Supporting the E-Commerce team by managing invoice process through Salesforce, gaining pricing approvals and other general administrative tasks
16. To be aware of product placement on-line and to make suggestions to the Sales Team regarding the weighting of future activities
17. To undertake any ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time (eg demonstrations to customers at London Toy Fair, provide back up support to other teams during holidays)
18. To undertake any of the above tasks in an appropriately professional and timely manner at all times

What are your skills and experience?
20. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred
21. Retail Experience either online or retail planning experience an asset
22. Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
23. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
24. Experience of retailer digital platforms and implementing key brand activities
25. Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
26. Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, Salesforce an asset
27. Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
28. Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
29. Full clean driving license
