What You’ll Be Doing
* Working alongside the class teacher to create a fun, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils be the very best they can be.
* Supporting with behaviour management, classroom routines, and lesson preparation.
* Encouraging pupils’ academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development.
* Getting involved in school life – trips, events, and activities that bring learning to life.
* Adapting to different classes, year groups, and abilities across a range of schools.
