CRM Support and Training Expert
We are working with a European Leader in defence undergoing a major digital transformation, with a brand-new role opening for a CRM Support and Training Expert to join on this journey.
Location: Stevenage (hybrid) – in the office three days a week, with two days working from home.
Role focus: Working with their Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you will be involved with training design and delivery, user support during adoption, and ongoing CRM usability improvements.
Responsibilities
* Analysing training and support needs
* Planning and crafting comprehensive training interventions
* Planning and delivering user support and follow-up sessions during the CRM adoption phase
* Conducting regular assessments to determine user understanding
* Collecting and analysing new requirements and business needs
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Identifying new risks associated with the CRM implementation
Qualifications
* Valid SC clearance or SC eligible
* A relevant university degree is preferred
* Experience in a highly regulated environment
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce
* Experience supporting larger teams
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000, plus a benefits package including an annual bonus, overtime, and other benefits.
