Weekend sales assistant

Key Information

• 16‑20 year olds – £11.15 per hour.
• 21+ year olds – £12.71 per hour.

• Available to work both Saturday and Sunday.
• Confident and approachable.
• Hardworking and ambitious.
• Caring and excited about selling toys!

As a Weekend Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritising customers and delivering a great shopping experience.
• Sharing your knowledge about our product range and offering helpful advice to customers.
• Actively participate in demonstrating products and occasional character visit days.
• Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till.
• Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Weekend shift schedule: 4‑hour shift on Saturday and 6‑hour shift on Sunday, for a 10‑hour contract. Flexible start and finish times may be required. Additional hours may be asked for especially during Christmas and school holidays.
