This is a new role and it will involve being a point of contact to resolve in the field installation issues, whilst supporting and improving the quality and delivery of future installations onto our FTTP network. Previous experience will include supervising, auditing and providing feedback on contractor partner quality of work and performance, both fibre and civils (trenching and reinstatement. You will bring expertise of FTTH / FTTP build and installations – splicing, testing, PIA, UG and OH. You will have been there and done it and understand the challenges that face FTTH Installations - then you will work with, educate, coach and support our installation partners to troubleshoot, overcome and prevent in the future. This role comes with a van and requires a full manual driving licence, held for at least 12 months. Ideally you will already hold a NRSWA Supervisor ticket and you will either hold or be able to pass a DBS check.
