Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: 35 hours, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri with hybrid working available

In return for your HR Business Partner (or similar) experience, relationship-building brilliance and strong desire to flourish in a new job in 2025, we can offer a challenging senior role where you'll partner with ‘Heads of' and their direct reports, managing HR-related issues and acting as an employee champion and change agent.

What you'll be doing as People Business Partner
You will assess and anticipate ER/HR-related needs, communicating proactively with your People colleagues and managers and presenting to senior leaders.

Your remit includes: strategic planning, including reskilling, upskilling, retention and succession planning; guiding the People Advisor who reports into you on policies and more complex issues; supporting (and coaching) managers through performance management processes, and playing a part in succession planning initiatives.
