What You'll Do
As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in shaping children's early development. Your day‑to‑day work will include:

Requirements
* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to ensuring the welfare and safety of children
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
* Enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about supporting children's learning and development
