Responsibilities: As a Retail Branch & Transfer Manager with WBAC you will: First-and-foremost our Retail Branch & Transfer Manager buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers. Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets. Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers. Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through. When you are not buying cars you will be assisting the transport department as required.
