TP Tutors is currently looking for skilled and compassionate tutors in Chatham to provide personalised Maths and English tuition to young people with Special Educational Needs.
This role involves working on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting learners who require additional guidance to succeed academically and personally.
Position: SEN Tutor (SEND experience preferred)
Location: Chatham and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time
Role Overview
* Deliver individualised lessons designed around each student’s needs
* Support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional challenges
* Create a consistent and supportive learning atmosphere
* Deliver sessions in home or community-based settings
* Encourage confidence, independence, and progress
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN/SEND
* Ability to teach Maths and/or English at primary or secondary level
* Based in or near Chatham
* Patient, reliable, and adaptable in approach
* Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
