We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Project Manager (MEP)
to join a leading main contractor, delivering landmark projects within the data centre and mission-critical sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver complex M&E packages on a major project based in Hayes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the procurement of M&E packages, including setting and monitoring cost, scope, and time targets.
* Review tender returns and provide recommendations.
* Oversee the design of M&E systems from RIBA Stages 4 to 5.
* Work alongside project planners to develop and monitor a detailed programme for installation through to commissioning.
* Provide training and guidance to staff in the delivery of major data centre projects.
* Lead the delivery of M&E work packages in line with project programme, coordinating with the wider project team and subcontractors.
* Maintain professional communication and a positive image with colleagues, senior management, and clients.
* Promote and support a strong, ethical, and collaborative team culture.
* Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all matters relating to the business, its directors, and clients.
* Drive team performance and enhance communication across the team.
* Share knowledge, expertise, and best practice in data centre project delivery.
About You
* Strong track record of delivering M&E packages on large-scale projects, ideally within the data centre or mission-critical environment.
* Proven experience in managing procurement, design coordination, and project delivery at Senior Project Manager level.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to foster positive team culture and mentor junior team members.
