IT/OT Senior Architect – Defence
Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, is seeking an experienced IT/OT senior architect to promote and develop world‑class Smart Factory solutions for our Defence clients. This role will guide clients from demonstrating the need and value of Industry 4.0 solutions to delivering the right solutions through sales support, architecture, and engineering leadership.
Your Role
* Pre‑sales leader and Smart Factory architect with a visible passion for our solutions, capable of inspiring clients and delivery teams.
* Lead a team of IT/OT/IoT engineers, ensuring the team stays on top of new technologies.
Your Profile
* 15+ years of experience handling diverse client organisations, business lines and environments.
* 15+ years in engineering with client‑facing experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting or pre‑sales engineering.
* Prior experience of architecting and developing smart factory solutions in business processes.
* Platform level / major system architect.
* Deep understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain processes.
