How the role will make an impact: As a Marketing Co-ordinator, you will work with the Marketing Team to implement the overall company's marketing strategy. Marketing is extremely important to our company's success, so working with the Head of Marketing and Ecommerce, as well as our experienced Marketers, your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for marketing! Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Exhibitions and Events - coordinate the event organising process from concept to delivery for tradeshows, exhibitions, conferences and other events, sourcing merchandise, and liasing closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders. POS - work with members of the Sales team attending customer meetings and assisting with marketing support and merchandising activity. Learn about our customers, what their needs are, how we can help them through our point of sale and customer support marketing. How do we present ourselves in store or in showrooms. PR - work with the press agency to grow brand coverage in the OEM and DIST markets. Literature - generate ideas and produce creative briefs, and provide copy for all supporting literature such as brochures, flyers, and sales information to internal stakeholders or external agencies. Product Launches - work with the Product Management team and Marketing Managers to deliver launch packs and marketing collateral, which may involve content writing and support with artwork layouts. Provide sales support with content and imagery for marketing materials including managing individual customer requirements, literature, data sheets, and other marketing materials for both traditional and digital channels including online sales channels. Support with content, ideas and campaigns for our Social Media channels. Aid the Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers with internal branding, communications and staff engagement initiatives. Provide general administration support for marketing projects. Support in creating and managing marketing plans with the Marketing Managers for OEM and Distribution, assisting with gathering market intelligence, idea generation, and taking ownership of planning and executing activities within the plans. Co-ordinate an annual calendar of activities throughout the year to ensure alignment of activity across the marketing team. Key Skills: Proven experience in Marketing communications. Experience in the design skills of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva. Experienced in adapting to changing priorities, time management and multi-tasking. Adaptable and able to work cross-functionally as part of the supporting team: Marketing, Product, Technical, Warehouse, Quality. Able to build relationships - at ease and adaptable with different personalities Strong written and verbal communication skills - content writing and presentation skills Good organisational skills and the ability to work at pace and under pressure. Strong stakeholder management skills - both internal and external. Experience and understanding of social media platforms and content production. Willingness to travel to events within the UK.
