Location: Hybrid, once p/wk in Brentwood
Salary: Up to £75,000 p/a + Benefits

Lead a talented pricing team in a dynamic and customer-focused insurance environment. As Pricing Manager, you’ll drive the delivery of the pricing strategy, oversee governance, and ensure competitive, fair, and profitable pricing across a diverse portfolio.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and develop a team of pricing professionals.
* Lead pricing reviews, model governance, and improvement initiatives.
* Oversee pricing adequacy, performance metrics, and rating actions.
* Monitor market trends impacting pricing and underwriting.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and governance frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
* Fully/part-qualified Actuary, or degree in Maths/Statistics with relevant experience.
* Strong background in insurance pricing, GLMs, and modelling techniques.
* Experience managing pricing and portfolio analysts.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
