Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a new challenge? If you have the confidence to share your knowledge and experience with our students, we can train and support you in your exciting new venture.
We are looking for a Plumber with experience in working within an industrial or commercial setting and who holds at least a Level 3 vocational qualification. You will be capable of sharing your knowledge with our students in an engaging and informative manner - we would provide support for gaining a formal teaching qualification alongside your work with us and settling into College life. Help with relocation costs can also be considered.

What we're looking for
Qualifications
Essential: Level 3 vocational qualification in Plumbing, Assessor Award, English and Maths at level 2 (GCSE A* to C or equivalent), IV Award, and a recognised teaching qualification or willingness to obtain within 2 years of appointment.
Experience
Essential: Experience in a relevant industrial/commercial environment, recent teaching experience in FE/HE, Gas Safe registration, ability to adapt to curriculum changes, teamwork skills, strong communication, and a full UK driving license.
Knowledge & Skills
Essential: Effective communication, presentation, use of ILT, health and safety knowledge, pastoral care ability, classroom management, and technical vocational skills.
