This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing department in a senior capacity, managing a varied caseload while supporting team development and contributing to continued business growth.
The Role
As a Senior Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion and post‑completion. You will also play a key role in maintaining high client service standards and supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Handling freehold and leasehold matters, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
- Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and referrers
- Contributing to business development and networking activity
About You
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner
- Strong technical knowledge of UK residential property law
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
