Senior / Lead Maintenance Engineer – March (PE15)
Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 + up to 10% annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal machine performance.
* Lead and support a small maintenance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment.
* Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to identify and implement engineering solutions.
* Occasionally support out-of-hours maintenance requirements (paid overtime).
About You
* Time-served engineer with strong mechanical and/or electrical skills.
* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Confident in fault finding, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance strategies.
* Proactive approach with leadership or supervisory experience.
