Location: Southend on Sea
Salary: £33,841.60 per annum
Hours per Week: 40

About The Role
As Deputy Manager, you will provide support to staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for development and implementation of systems and processes, ensuring the highest quality of care and support.
You will work with relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
The Court is a residential, community‑focused care home in Southend‑on‑Sea, supporting people with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Qualifications
You should hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
