Head of Design for Embedded Agreements at PandaDoc
As Head of Design for Embedded Agreements, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of design across some of our most critical product areas—from our core e-signature experience to our suite of embedded workflows (APIs, integrations, and Notary). Your team’s mission: to make signing and compliance feel effortless for businesses of all sizes. Whether it’s ensuring we meet complex e-signature regulations or surfacing PandaDoc seamlessly inside our customers’ own products, you’ll shape how millions of users experience trust, speed, and simplicity when they sign and send documents.
Responsibilities
* Lead design initiatives that streamline revenue workflows, partnering with product and engineering leadership to bridge revenue process challenges, user needs, and technical execution.
* Provide mentorship to the Embedded Agreements design team, driving growth, high performance, and establishing design processes.
* Own the overall design quality and output of our Embedded Agreements design team, delivering best‑in‑class UX that accelerates revenue workflows and reduces time‑to‑payment.
* Collaborate closely with other leaders—UX Research, revenue teams, and engineers—to understand pain points, build, and ship solutions.
Qualifications
* Minimum 7+ years of product design experience; ideally from B2B SaaS with strong design, customer success, and retention focus.
* Excellent leadership skills, with 3+ years experience as a people manager, hiring and mentoring both in‑person and remotely.
* A strong view of what good design means; detail‑conscious and able to articulate design intent to stakeholders.
* Customer‑centric mindset with a desire to improve user experience; deeply motivated by simplifying complex processes.
* Advanced verbal and written English skills; strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
* Ability to flourish in a fast‑paced environment with grace, good humor, and empathy; comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change.
