Key responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload including personal injury, medical negligence, and contractual disputes.
* Advocate for clients' rights and develop legal strategies.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients effectively.
Required experience and skills:
* Qualified solicitor with 1+ years experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or property litigation.
* Knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents.
* Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and client rapport building.
