Weekend Site assistant
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Weekend Caretaker to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the site is safe, secure, and well-maintained for staff, pupils, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
* Opening and closing the premises as required
* Ensuring the security of the site at all times
* Carrying out basic maintenance, repairs, and cleaning
* Setting up rooms and facilities for school activities/events
* Monitoring health and safety standards across the site
* Being the first point of contact for any site-related issues at weekends
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a caretaking, site management, or maintenance role (desirable)
* Good practical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Reliability and the ability to work independently
* Awareness of health & safety procedures
* Flexibility to support weekend events/activities as needed
