A bit about the role: Our client is looking to hire a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Heat Treatment Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for selling Temperature Solutions, Data Management and SCADA Systems. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead their expansion efforts within the dynamic heat treatment industry. Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing key accounts, cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sustainable sales growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, strategic business insight, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively cater to customer needs and ensure unparalleled satisfaction. This role is a remote position and the candidate can be located anywhere within the UK. Whats required: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such Material science would be an advantage Experience in Instrumentation, Process Automation or Industrial Engineering. Proven track record of success in key account management within the Heat Treatment or related industries, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Knowledge and experience with Heat Treatment processes and regulatory standards, including AMS2750G/CQI-9. Ability to guide customers in implementing clients solutions in a compliant manner. Strong technical acumen coupled with a keen understanding of business principles and market dynamics. Sales knowledge of DCS, SCADA, PLC/PAC environment and common system architecture.
