A friendly, organised person would be well suited to help withthe smooth running of operations. You will be responsible for reporting parking violations, vehiclemaintenance of the fleet, maintaining and improving over all performance and development of theexisting team.Can you deliver an excellent customer experience by being a role model for best practice andsupporting team members to deliver high levels of service?Your day to day duties will include:• Managing the activity of the off-street mobile patrol team while motivating and leading theteam• Reporting and rostering• Parking enforcement• Working with Management to deliver best practice and uniform service to Customers andClients• Drive corrective action where service levels are not being met• Monitor KPI targets across all operations and maintain standards of performance• Ensure ongoing informal feedback is gathered from customers• Responsibility for your team, including recruitment, retention, training, performance evaluationand continued developmentIs this role for me?First and foremost, recruiting talented people that align well with the company values is of the utmostimportance.
