You will need to be a natural organiser, and thrive in a fast-paced office where you can use your skills to make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate & Organise: Ensure all tasks are completed ensuring you remain on track with your workload.
* Answering calls and attending to emails and all other general office duties
* Typing various types of property details.
* Booking appointments.
* Team Support: Work closely with the management team to streamline processes, resolve issues, and ensure everyone is working towards common goals.
* Efficiency & Productivity:
* Be aware of time management and implement strategies to improve overall productivity.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep the operation running smoothly.

* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Computer literate and have the ability to adapt to the various needs of the role.
* Confident in administrative skills, typing/reading/attention to detail
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients.
* A problem solver who can think on their feet and stay calm under pressure.
* You will need to be flexible within your working routine.
