We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and motivate your Team Managers, ensuring alignment with cost and service KPIs and that SLAs are achieved.
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into planning and reporting tools, activities and projects.
* Provide training and coaching to staff on process improvements, quality standards, and safety practices.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality and customer satisfaction.
* Support the culture of continuous improvement, ensuring your managers work on improvement projects and deliver change outside of peak periods.
* Previous experience in a similar role within warehouse operations; experience in retail is advantageous.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analytics tools.
* Change management experience - supporting continuous improvement on site and helping to implement change.

Benefits and Details
This is a full time, permanent position, where you'll be working on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, from 22:00 - 06:00. You'll be paid a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, there will also be an additional 15% night shift premium.
