What Your Traineeship Will Involve Over the course of your 2-year traineeship, you will: Assist with the drafting and preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Trusts Support Solicitors in the ongoing administration of estates and trusts Liaise directly with clients and their families in sensitive, often life-changing circumstances Help manage client affairs during their lifetime and following death Conduct legal research, attend training sessions, and prepare legal documentation Handle a small caseload under close supervision while gaining exposure to increasingly complex matters Be supported by experienced colleagues, including Solicitors, Associates, and supervising Partners, as well as our Legal Support teams This is a role for a thoughtful, proactive individual who values building strong relationships and providing excellent client service. You’ll need a high level of discretion, empathy, and attention to detail.
