SDR:
I’ve partnered with a fast-growing fintech business operating at the intersection of payments, regulated financial services, and digital assets. Following significant growth and increasing demand across their core markets, they are now looking to hire an SDR to support lead generation.
This role with a have a clear path to closing based on achieving key milestones
The role
• Outbound prospecting across various channels.
• Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
• Cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn engagement
• Booking qualified meetings for senior Business Development Managers
• Researching target accounts and building structured prospect lists
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
• Working closely with the wider sales team to refine outreach strategy
What they’re looking for
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR or junior sales role, ideally within fintech or payments
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Resilient, target-driven and commercially minded
• Genuinely interested in fintech and payments
• Ambitious and motivated to progress into a closing role
