Main Purpose
You will work closely with our Sales Team to generate leads and build a strong pipeline to help drive growth in the UK.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for new prospects and current clients as they move through the sales funnel.
* Discover opportunities from leads and set appointments with the marketing team.
* Provide a high volume of outbound calling and emailing to prospective clients.
* Manage sales enquiries/orders and action all correspondence accordingly.
* Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
* Understand CPOMS solutions well enough to give a high‑level introduction.
* Update and maintain the customer database using Salesforce.
* Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly updates to the Sales Managers.
* Contribute to monthly PowerPoint presentations for team meetings.
* Deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
* Contribute fairly to all departmental goals.
Essential Skills
* Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
* Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
* Confident and professional in making calls and speaking to customers.
* Good analytical and administrative skills.
* Ability to multi‑task, prioritise tasks and adapt to shifting workload based on department or business goals.
* Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
* Effective time‑management, independent work and self‑motivation.
* Thriving in a fast‑paced sales environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and relationship skills.

Grade C (or equivalent) or above in Maths and English is essential.

* This is a hybrid role based in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
* The job holder may be required to carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the UK Senior Sales Development Manager.
* The role may require occasional travel to attend events, conferences, and meetings as part of wider sales and marketing activities.
