As a SEN Teacher (MPS), You Will:
* Deliver engaging, multi-sensory lessons tailored to pupils aged 2-19 with severe learning difficulties.
* Manage and inspire a team of dedicated teaching assistants within your class.
* Collaborate with middle and senior leaders to design and deliver a rich, inclusive curriculum.
* Build strong relationships with families and carers to support each learner's holistic development.
* Participate in school-wide events such as parent evenings, open days, and community activities.
* Continue to grow your expertise in communication methods (Makaton, PECS, AAC), behaviour management, and SEND best practice.
