Business Development Manager
Location: Preston, Office-Based (9 am –5 pm, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £50,000)

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Opening up conversations with the right questions to identify client needs
* Presenting our recruitment solutions clearly and confidently
* Handling objections effectively and professionally
* Driving the sales process from initial contact to final close
* Managing your own pipeline and hitting targets consistently
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a sales closing role (B2B or B2C)
* Confident and articulate communicator
* Strong listening and questioning skills
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
What You’ll Get:
* Basic salary of £27,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000
* Monday to Friday hours (9 am–5 pm) – no weekends
