The hours of work is Monday-Thursday and Friday Salary negotiable.
Your new role
1. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
2. Take customers orders and process orders onto a bespoke system
3. Help customers use our online portal and process orders
4. Ownership of queries and projects
5. Account administration including pick note creation, reports, stock/order adjustments, order entry, and processing exchanges
6. Learn how to utilise our databases to improve customer satisfaction
7. Internal and external reporting
8. Oversight of operations to ensure client SLA’s are being achieved
9. Work with other departments to provide support and meet deadlines
