The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of high-quality planning advice to a diverse range of clients. You’ll manage your own projects, support junior team members, and contribute to business development activities. The role offers a broad mix of work across sectors, giving you the chance to strengthen your expertise and continue progressing in your career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on a variety of planning applications and appeals
2. Provide strategic advice to clients on planning and development matters
3. Mentor and support junior team members
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships
5. Contribute to the growth and reputation of the planning team
Requirements
6. MRTPI qualified
7. Strong planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
8. Confident managing projects and working independently
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. A proactive and team-oriented approach
