Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role will be based in Yeovil and surrounding areas. The technician will conduct inspections, identify pest issues, apply appropriate pest control solutions, and provide advice on preventative measures. Additional responsibilities include maintaining service records, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service during all interactions.
A company vehicle will be provided for this role.
Qualifications
Experience or knowledge in pest control methods, treatment techniques, and pest behavior
Ability to use and maintain pest control equipment effectively
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills
Basic understanding of health and safety standards related to pest control
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Dorset & Somerset
Pest control certifications or qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
Physical ability to perform tasks such as inspecting crawl spaces, roofs, or other challenging locations
