As one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK, Prospero are looking for dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in Bridgend.
We are currently working with primary schools in Bridgend who are seeking Teaching Assistants to start an on-going contract with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
Teaching Assistant Contract/Position Details

8. Minimum rate of pay – £
9. Hours – 8:30am-15:00 (term time only and times may vary)
Teaching Assistant Experience, Training and Qualifications
10. It is essential that you have experience working in Primary or Secondary Education.
11. Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
12. You will need to have a qualification within Education and Team Teach is desired but not essential as training can be provided.
13. Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
14. Strong Behaviour Management skills are a must.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must:
15. Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
16. Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
17. Provide two professional child related references.
