Accounts Assistant - this £10m international agency in the Media, Online, Publishing and Fashion sectors is seeking an Accounts Assistant to work closely with the Financial Controller.
Based 5 days in the heart of London's West End, this Accounts Assistant role (Sales Ledger and Expenses) will support the Financial Controller and include:
* Raising sales invoices in GBP, EUR and USD
* Liaising with customers regarding sales invoice queries
* Analysis of agents' rechargeable expenses
* Occasional credit control, chasing customers by email
* Administration of bank accounts and online payment runs
* Overall sales ledger / accounts receivable responsibilities
This is an excellent Accounts Assistant role for an experienced accounts candidate with strong Excel and sales ledger / accounts receivable skills. The role is 5 days in the West End office in London in a lively media agency environment
