Apple Recruitment is urgently seeking to recruit a Clerical Officer within Legal Services on behalf of the NI Assembly.
Main duties and responsibilities:
This entry-level administrative role operates within a complex legal environment and is suitable for candidates beginning their legal careers.
Staff at AG8 level across all Assembly business areas typically work as part of a team, with office administration duties including:
1. maintenance of electronic files;
2. maintenance of paper files;
3. handling paper and electronic correspondence;
4. proofreading legal documents;
5. arranging and collating meeting papers;
6. liaising with internal and external stakeholders; and
7. performing any other duties as reasonably required.
