Youll be joining a supportive, hands-on environment, gaining exposure to networks, cloud systems, and real-world technical support.
What Youll Be Doing
* Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email
* Troubleshooting basic IT, network and connectivity issues
* Escalating more complex technical problems to senior engineers
* Supporting customers with communication and system queries
* Keeping customers updated and delivering great service
* Working closely with internal teams and external partners
* Assisting with basic data centre and on-site support tasks
* Following processes to resolve issues efficiently
* Supporting site/security checks during out-of-hours shifts
