Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for delivering excellent service? Pertemps are on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to become a vital part of Royal Mail’s friendly and hard-working team in Doxford Park.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – answering questions, solving issues, and making sure every interaction is a positive one.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and live chat
2. Providing accurate information and resolving queries in a timely manner
3. Recording customer interactions clearly and efficiently in our system
4. Escalating more complex issues to the relevant departments when needed
5. Always aiming to exceed customer expectations
What You’ll Bring:
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
7. A friendly, professional, and patient approach
8. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
9. Some experience in a customer-facing role is helpful, but not required
10. Confidence using computers and working with systems
Working Hours, Pay Rate & Other Info:
11. 5 hours 6 out of 7 days, with 1 rota’d day off in the week. Must be fully flexible to work ALL days
12. £12.97 per hour
13. The duration of the assignment will be roughly 12 weeks from the intake date
14. You will be based in the office full-time
15. We’re offering multiple intakes – 6th October, 13th October, 20th October.
