An exciting opportunity has arising for a Service Manager position in Cardiology, mainly based at Wycombe Hospital. The Service Manger will support the General Manager by providing day-to-date operational management supper in service areas agreed by the General Manager.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be responsible for providing timely, efficient, and effective operational management support, with the overall aim of ensuring that services are responsive, and provided to the highest possible clinical and performance standards
He/she will support the development and implementation of projects to improve service delivery and patient experience in key areas and will help to ensure that performance and quality targets are met. The postholder will also be involved in cost improvement programmes.

22. Able to travel between sites and throughout Bucks, as required by the service
