Hiring: Senior IGA Engineer / Architect (SailPoint & Identity Governance
Greater London (Hybrid/Remote). Max salary for an Engineer - £80,000 (more urgent placement) Max salary for an Architect - £100,000.
We’re looking for an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) professional to join a growing consulting practice delivering cutting-edge IAM solutions to high-profile clients.
This role is open at Senior Engineer or Architect level, depending on your experience and career goals.
What you’ll be doing:
• Designing and delivering IGA solutions (SailPoint-focused)
• Implementing identity lifecycle processes (Joiner-Mover-Leaver, RBAC, SoD, certifications)
• Integrating identity platforms with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications
• Supporting authentication initiatives (SSO, MFA, passwordless)
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Producing high-quality documentation and contributing to best practices
• Mentoring junior team members and troubleshooting complex IAM issues
What we’re looking for:
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint (IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, or ISC)
• Solid understanding of IAM/IGA concepts and frameworks
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Entra ID / Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth
• Integration experience (REST, SCIM, JDBC) and scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)
• Proven ability to work in a client-facing or consulting environment
Nice to have:
• Experience with PAM tools (e.g. CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust)
• Exposure to SAP access management
• Certifications in IAM/IGA technologies
• Cloud identity experience (Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM)
Architect-level candidates will also bring:
• End-to-end solution design and technical leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience owning delivery and contributing to commercial/project outcomes
