We are recruiting for a motivated and clinically strong Senior Nurse to join established Oncology Healthcare Centres across the Midlands. The Role As a Senior Oncology Nurse, you will: Deliver expert care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) Act as a clinical governance lead, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards Drive service improvement initiatives across Healthcare Centre sites Support and mentor nursing colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice Champion excellence in SACT delivery and patient safety Contribute to audits, quality assurance processes and continuous development This role offers a blend of clinical practice, leadership, and service development, making it ideal for a nurse who thrives on responsibility and professional influence.
