Overview
Due to continuing expansion we are looking to recruit experienced, customer focused Security Officers to work with our clients, based in London. We seek personnel with a strong commitment to providing a consistently high level of customer service to a diverse customer base and the ability to deal with any conflicts calmly, politely, and confidently. Successful candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and hold a valid SIA Licence.
Requirements
Must have a current Enhanced DBS certificate dated within 3 years. Must be able to travel to the HA7 postcode.
Job Purpose
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
* Interact with all end users, providing a consistently superior level of customer service and ability to manage basic equipment troubleshooting issues.
* Serve as a point of contact for all users, providing a very high level of customer service.
* Apply basic IT and practical problem‑solving skills.
* Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; inspecting the building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
* Inform visitors of client policies and procedures.
* Complete reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences when necessary.
* Exhibit skills including customer service, objectivity, dependability, integrity, safety management, professionalism, and reporting skills.
Shift Details
Shifts cover days Monday – Friday, a 36‑hour week.
