I'm hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-paced Managed Service Provider focused on growth, customer expansion, and long-term relationship building.
Location
West Midlands (Hybrid – 3 days office/client site)
Compensation
Double OTE + uncapped commission (no thresholds or caps)
This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow an established client base within the MSP space and help drive revenue through a strong “land and expand” approach across existing accounts.
The role is heavily solution-led, working with modern IT environments including IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and business systems.
What I'm Looking For
* Background in MSP or IT services
* Experience in solution-based sales and account growth
* Engage in solution-based selling across modern desktop infrastructure, Azure, Dynamics, and central business systems
* Strong relationship builder with a long-term mindset
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to be client-facing
