Parts Manager Wanted
Location: Edinburgh
Park’s Motor Group is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Parts Manager to join their highly successful team at our Douglas Park BMW & MINI site in Edinburgh.
If you are self-motivated team leader and can offer excellent customer service, then we can offer you an opportunity to join our team.
To be successful you will:
✔ Have parts supervisor or management experience.
✔ Be extremely organised and be able to undertake various administrative duties.
✔ Have a proven track record of being able to lead a team under pressure and consistently helping to achieve parts sales objectives.
✔ Be able to align your teams goals with the company’s overall objectives.
✔ Be able to manage a variety of customer demands and ensure we deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
✔ Be IT literate (knowledge of Keyloop would be an advantage).
✔ Be friendly, reliable, trustworthy and responsible.
✔ Be able to operate effectively as part of the wider Park’s management team.
✔ Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
✔ A full clean driving licence is also desirable.
