As a Brokerage Officer, support our dynamic service responsible for sourcing domiciliary care services for Older Persons and Physical Disability service users.
What you'll do:
1. Collaborate with operational service providers and service users to establish care packages.
2. Engage with stakeholders including hospitals, care providers, and clients.
3. Utilize your experience in purchasing, sourcing, or financial management.
4. Collect, analyze, and report data using digital tools.
5. Apply a person-centred approach to enhance customer service for vulnerable adults.
